The truth is my allegations about Daman Mills were false. When Daman left our friend group back in 2015 we were angry at him and I guess a little jealous because his career was starting to take off. I had a stupid idea about how to get back at him, so I wrote this document accusing him of all this stuff.Another friend talked me out of posting it at the time because it wasn't true, but then this year, when I heard him in a show I grew up watching, Dragon Ball, and heard he might be taking over one of the roles, I guess I just got angry about the way I feel like he just kind of disowned us. And I used the stuff from the old document to lash out.
It wasn't right, and I have no excuse except that I was in a really bad place at the time. I know that isn't really an excuse, and I am so sorry. This isn't who I am and I had no idea how much pain all
this was going to cause him. I was just angry, and I wanted him to feel sorry for just abandoning me.
The screenshots I provided were made up and not real at all, or happened between friends of ours and we just changed the names and stuff. The screenshot from Brian about being unrequited was one of the only ones that was real. Daman and I never dated. By the time he said that, we weren't close any more, but sharing a bed and joking before that was all consensual, and he did not do those other things we accused him off.
Like we literally never touched each other like that, and there definitely wasn't sex or a rape like people keep hinting at implying on the internet and on forums. Daman literally hadn't even had his first real kiss the whole time I knew him. He was pretty shy and awkward back then. But he was honestly an amazing friend like 90% of the time and someone who was really important to me. I was just angry because I felt like he didn't want to have any of his old friends in his life anymore, and I did something stupid. I didn't know how to stop this once it started. I kind of hoped that when Daman's attorney sent those screenshots that proved what I said wasn't true, the story would stop, but I quess it was too late for any of us to stop it.
People on the internet keep coming up with random conspiracy theories about why I've retracted my allegations, but they're are all wrong. I haven't been pressured by Daman's lawyer to retract my statement. I literally haven't heard from them in months. I also haven't been contacted by anyone in the industry about any of this. I don't even think they know who I am? And no one reached out to me about Daman being suicidal, or pressured me to retract. I don't even know where people came up with that one, but it's not true. I haven't talked to anyone about this except one reporter, my attorney, and a few close friends, and none of them pressured me to do anything. It might not be what people want to hear, but I'm just trying to do the right thing now.
– Daman Mills Grooming Scandal ∟Dropped from Kyokai Con ∟About My Last Video…Final Statement I will end my statement here and I will not be discussing this topic any further regarding the individual or allegations. Hopefully a lesson can be taught and learned through all of these incidents.
Hello █████,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The materials provided to us from Japan are the completely uncensored materials and the show we produced is exactly the way the licensor intended for it to be released.
The Chinese broadcast you mention was not used for its intended purpose and anything beyond what we have received for materials was never intended to be part of any broadcast or release. What we have been provided and released is completely uncensored as far as what the licensing company created.
I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the rest of the release including the Art Book and I'm sorry you feel as if we have somehow lied to you as that is certainly not our intention. If you would like to return this item for a refund, I'm happy to set up a return authorization and move forward with that. But the materials we were provided for the show are uncensored in the way it was meant to be released.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with and if you'd like to move forward with a return.
Best,
Jake ███████████

We're happy to announce that we are officially wrapping up the wonder 3 campaign. We are still waiting to see if a few backers will contact us, however, other than that, we are pretty much done and are starting to do the final things we need to before moving onto this campaign.
Currently, our plan is to first finish wrapping up the Wonder 3 kickstarter. This involves us waiting to see if any of the remaining backers contact us, and once it looks like all the backers that will be contacting us have done so, we will take count of who is left and inventory the remaining items.
Once everything for the Wonder 3 campaign has been taken care of, we will start collecting and inventorying all the items we currently have for this campaign in our office. We will also start ordering shipping supplies, and begin prepping the items for shipment, so we can start sending out the non-book rewards to our domestic backers.
Based on our current printing schedule, we will most likely print the first book for this campaign, either at the end of this year or at the very beginning of next year. Unfortunately, as a result of the pandemic and the paper shortage, we have to plan prints in advance before we can print them.
For those of you worried about your address, we would like to let you know that prior to shipping out any rewards, we will be sending out a survey for each tier to ask for your current address. Therefore, if you have moved since this campaign first began, you don't need to worry, as we will only be using your address from the survey when we send out your items.
We will provide an update when we start to send out surveys and are ready to start shipping out some of the rewards!
– Answer #OCAPodcast questions – OCA Podcast Patreon – Anime Collector Patreon – StealthWeeb.com – Vic Mignogna Court Case ∟The appeals court received Vic’s documents on the 22nd ∟Officially, they can rule on the case as soon as they want but at least 3 months is likely ∟Nick Rekieta has submitted an amicus brief on behalf of Vic Mignogna
An amicus curiae, in this case Nick Rekieta, is someone who is not a party to a case who assists the court by offering information, expertise, or insight that has a bearing on the issues in the case. The decision on whether or not to consider an amicus brief lies entirely within the discretion of the court.
I wouldn't personally expect the court to consider his brief at all but it would sure be interesting to see whether or not the great swarms of lawyers from Law Twitter that the defendants have constantly claimed as experts pointing to the frivolous nature of the lawsuit were to all submit their own amicus briefs.
Im case you were wondering, "Amicus Curiae" translates from Latin as "friend of the court".
