Hey everyone,
There's been a change in my professional journey that I feel is important to share with you. Firstly, because your encouragement and love over the years mean so much to me, and secondly, because I believe this experience can help others. With that, I regret to inform you that my time as an ADR scriptwriter for Crunchyroll has come to an unexpected end.
This decision came as a surprise to me, and I have sought legal advice to better understand the circumstances. While I can't go into all the details, I want to assure you that I am taking the necessary steps to address the situation.
Let this be a sign to everyone living with a disability especially if yours is invisible like mine-of how crucial it is to understand your rights under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) and empower yourself to be treated fairly. Despite this setback, I am more committed than ever to continue doing what I love and bringing the characters you cherish to life through voice.
I will also be featuring more content on the ADA and how it can protect you from discrimination. No company is required to be ADA compliant, but they also aren't exempt from the law. As long as you know your rights, you can protect yourself.
Thank you for your unwavering support over the years. Your love and encouragement mean the world to me, and I'm excited to see where this new chapter leads.
